Jennifer Mouton

Jennifer Mouton Robinson, Of Counsel, has focused her practice on eminent domain, general real estate matters, real estate contract review, and landlord-tenant issues. She has more than 30 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in eminent domain matters.

Jennifer spent many years representing governmental entities including the State of Texas, Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Harris County Flood Control and Dallas County on real estate matters. She has also represented numerous clients on real estate contract disputes, condemnation lawsuits and in dealing with various real estate issues.

Jennifer has tried many jury and non-jury cases and has argued cases in both the appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Texas. Jennifer was previously appointed by the county judges to serve as a Special Commissioner on various projects and related cases in Harris County, Texas.
