Eric R. Hebert

Eric is [Counsel] and a member of the Firm’s public finance practice. He has acted as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, bank counsel and disclosure counsel in public finance transactions for over two decades.

This experience includes transactions involving general obligation financings, transportation financings, municipal utility financings, 501(c)(3) financings and special tax district financings.

In addition, Eric has experience in the area of federal income tax law relating to tax-exempt and tax-advantaged bonds.  He also counsels clients in relation to SEC compliance including continuing disclosure obligations pursuant to Rule 15c2-12.

Eric has proficiency in drafting, negotiating and reviewing loan documents, security documents, indentures of trust, credit and liquidity agreements and offering documents.

Eric has been involved in transactions throughout the country including in New York, Virginia, North Carolina, and California.
