Peter Manda is a principal with significant facility siting, construction, and strategic hedging experience supplemented by a federal clerkship at the United States Court of International Trade, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and extensive public finance studies at Rutgers University’s Bloustein School and the Fels Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

As a member of the Firm’s tax-exempt bond financing division, Peter represents cities, municipalities, local authorities, and state governments, as well as for profit companies, not for profits, issuers, borrowers, and developers. He has significant experience in domestic, and international and cross-border transactions, covering a wide range of financings which include the financing of manufacturing, distributorship, and logistics centers and facilities, the supervision of production and delivery of goods and services in the United States, Europe, and Far East Asia, and domestic multi-family and mixed use projects.

Peter has represented cities, municipalities, local authorities, and state governments, as well as for profit companies, not for profits, issuers, borrowers, and developers. Peter’s experience includes transactions involving large, globally-operating manufacturing facilities (site selection, economic development incentives, construction and vendor management, and legal operations oversight). This extensive experience is further complemented by his close work with city and municipal zoning and planning departments and training in tax increment financings matters, public-private partnerships, and tax-exempt bond laws and regulations.
