Christopher Hillman brings over 20 years of experience advising clients in several areas including real estate transactions, capital lending and construction matters. He has worked with contractors negotiating and advising on construction contracts as well as serving as counsel on construction-related litigation matters. He is also knowledgeable in securitization and asset-based lending.
Mr. Hillman is an experienced corporate lawyer serving as general counsel to various companies, working and advising on employment matters, the preparation and review of purchase and supply contracts; advising on governance and preparing articles, minutes, bylaws, operating agreements for subsidiary entities; and negotiating various real estate sale and lease acquisitions. He is skilled in the acquisition and sale of commercial and mixed-use facilities, as well as negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements.
Additionally, Mr. Hillman has in-depth experience in business transactions, real estate matters including zoning, land use, and financing.
